About the Role

We're looking for an Operations and Assembly Associate who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and take initiative. This is more than just a warehouse rolethis is an opportunity for someone who’s ready to own the process, solve problems on the fly, and keep things moving. If you’re the kind of person who sees something that needs doing and jumps on it, we want you on our team.

You’ll be organizing components, preparing products for shipment, and coordinating with field teams to make sure projects run smoothly. It’s physical, fast-paced, and constantly evolvingand we need someone who thrives in that kind of environment.

Bucket truck certification or related experience is a big plus (or willingness to get certifiedwe’ll support you). Forklift experience? Even better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Shipments: Stage and pack orders for daily or scheduled pickups, ensuring everything is complete and secure.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, notify team leads when stock is running low or if something is missing.
  • Load & Unload Deliveries: Help load outgoing shipments and receive incoming materials; forklift use may be required.
  • Follow Safety Protocols: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first environment at all times.
  • Report Issues: Use sound judgment to flag any product shortages, damaged items, or order discrepancies.
  • Collaborate With Teams: Work closely with project managers, field teams, and operations staff to support project timelines.
  • Step Up When Needed: Jump in to solve problems, fill gaps, and help the team deliver.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly and handle heavier materials with assistance when necessary.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to various weather conditions during loading and unloading.

What You Bring

  • Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or assembly role preferred.
  • Proactive Attitude: You take ownership, move fast, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable using hand tools and following instructions to assemble technical products.
  • Bucket-truck & Forklift Certified: A strong plus (or willing to become certified).
  • Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to safe practices and cleanliness in the workplace.
  • Problem Solver: Able to think critically when something doesn’t go as planned and communicate clearly with the team.
  • Reliable & Hardworking: Dependable, punctual, and willing to take ownership of your tasks.
