Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Conducting therapy sessions for a min of 2 hours
- Following training protocols
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified not needed but a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
