Customer Service Specialist

22-year-old established Ecommerce company that sells brake parts on-line with a small and efficient close-knit crew and an excellent and strong employee culture is seeking to add a new team member with background with automobiles for in-person position at our main facility in Chatsworth, California.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions to customer concerns quickly and professionally. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email,
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, returns, and other customer service-related requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Maintain customer records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Follow up with customers on their inquiries
• Monitor and track customer satisfaction

Customer Service Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and other related applications, will train on our custom CRM
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
