Shipping Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for accurately preparing and shipping customer orders while helping maintain an organized and efficient shipping department.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour, with the opportunity for a pay increase following a 90-day performance review.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Generate shipping labels and required paperwork
• Ensure orders are accurate, properly packaged, and shipped on time
• Load and unload deliveries
• Receive, organize, and properly store incoming materials
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed
• Communicate shipping discrepancies or damaged products
• Occasionally travel to exhibit shows and assist with transporting, setting up, operating, and taking down the company display

Qualifications:

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to safely lift and move packages and exhibit materials
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills
• Previous shipping or warehouse experience is preferred but not required
• Experience with shipping software or QuickBooks is a plus
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and availability for occasional overnight and weekend travel to attend exhibit shows, as well as occasional Saturday work for quarterly inventory.
