Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience with pallet specifications and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct offline audits of repaired pallets post-paint line.
  • Inspect pallets for defects against RUPLUS specifications and segregate rejects.
  • Repair minor nail defects during audits.
  • Record audit results on the Daily Pallet Audit Form.
  • Track and document the number of pallets inspected, defects found, and details of each defect.
  • Maintain knowledge of CHEP US PLUS pallet specifications.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to builders based on audit findings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
