Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and product quality control
Lead a team of Carhops, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service and sales growth
Manage labor costs, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to increase revenue
Implement company initiatives and programs to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement
Conduct employee training and development, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork
Participate in inventory management, receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team
