As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rett Rutland - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and our customers’ success. You will help grow our agency by building meaningful customer relationships and serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide customers with information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications, changes, and renewals.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to support agency goals and provide excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay organized
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred or be willing and able to obtain the required license within an agreed-upon timeframe after hire
- State Farm experience preferred
- Ability to build relationships and effectively identify customer needs
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working toward individual and agency goals
WORK ARRANGEMENT- Currently hiring for both Rock Hill, SC and Fort Mill, SC office locations.
- Remote work may be available depending on experience, job responsibilities, performance, and agency needs. Remote work opportunities and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
