As an Automotive Detailer, you'll play a pivotal role in preparing vehicles for customer delivery while maintaining our high-quality standards. Compensation:

$13 - $18 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure each vehicle is meticulously cleaned and detailed to meet our high standards, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify any areas needing special attention, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline the detailing process, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available and in good condition.
  • Communicate effectively with team leaders and customers, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Stay informed about the latest detailing techniques and products, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the preparation of vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are in pristine condition and ready for customer pick-up.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication - Ability to communicate at a high level with the Yacht's team.
  • Organization - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and adaptable to workplace changes.
  • Education and Experience - Completion of high school or equivalent. Two (2) years of detailing experience preferred but not required.
  • Goal-Oriented - Ability to meet and exceed the goals of the role and improve company standards.
