Position Overview
We are seeking aBilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)to support our recruitment operations inBaton Rouge, LA 70806. The ideal candidate is organized, confident on the phone, and experienced in interviewing, screening, and placing candidates into open roles.
Job Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70806
- Pay Rate: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
- Scheduled: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, After hours and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
- Communicate with candidates and clients in both English and Spanish
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicants, update records, and manage candidate pipelines
- Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, and onboarding support
- Maintain strong phone etiquette and professional communication
- Coordinate start dates, collect required documentation, and assist candidates through the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with company and client hiring requirements
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bilingual – Fluent in English & Spanish (Required)
- 1 year of previous recruiting or staffing experience(Preferred)
- Experience using ATS or CRM systemsis(Required)
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily hiring targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
