Hoist and Rigging Equipment Operator

Do you excel at precise lifts, clear communication, and smooth material flow? In this role, you’ll operate an overhead crane on the production floor, handle rigging tasks, and jump in with warehouse support to keep everything on schedule.

A rush order lands. You inspect the crane, verify rigging points, coordinate with shipping, and stage materials with a forklift. Minutes later, the load is placed exactly where the team needs itno delays, no near-misses, just safe, efficient execution.

• Run overhead cranes and other heavy equipment in a production environment
• Rig, dig, and build for a range of in-house projects
• Complete routine maintenance checks to maintain equipment reliability
• Follow all safety protocols and site guidelines without exception
• Move materials using crane or forklift to support workflow
• Assist with shipping and receiving alongside crane duties

• Experience operating overhead cranes and heavy equipment
• Rigging know-how and an unwavering commitment to safe work
• Ability to spot issues during inspections and perform basic upkeep
• Forklift experience and flexibility to support warehouse operations

MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON FIRST AND THEN TRANSITION TO SECOND.
