Buffer Production Supervisor

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing great work, thinks critically, and is always looking for ways to improve processes. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance, and developing employees while driving operational excellence.

The successful candidate will lead daily production activities, support and mentor team members, identify process improvements, investigate root causes of operational issues, and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and performance.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and make sound decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail

• BS or MS degree in a life science field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, laboratory, or similar environment
• Experience supervising, leading, training, or mentoring employees
• Ability to obtain respirator certification upon hire
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Experience working with an ERP system
• Experience with buffer preparation, reagent manufacturing, chemical handling, or laboratory operations
• Experience driving process improvements or operational efficiencies
