Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer orders with a strong focus on detail and mathematical accuracy
- Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries via Outlook and maintain the customer service inbox
- Build rapport with our customer base and assist with sales-related tasks
- Maintain organized filing of all order-related documents
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure all customer requirements are met in a timely manner
- Support and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Qualifications:
- PriorOrder EntryorB2B (Business-to-Business)customer service experience required
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Excel, Outlook, Word)
- ERP software experience is a plus
- Strong math skills and a high degree of accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Critical thinker with the ability to solve problems independently
- Self-motivated, dependable, and a strong team player
