Assistant Community Manager

Reports to: Community Manager

The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for assisting the Community Manager with ensuring the community generates a satisfactory cash flow, the property is maintained in accordance with Company standards and assures customer/tenant satisfaction. The Assistant Community Manager will fill in handling tasks in the property in the absence of the Community Manager.
