A leading general contractor in the Boise market is adding a Project Executive to its leadership team as part of continued growth.
This firm has built a strong regional reputation for delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects and maintains a healthy backlog of upcoming work. The Project Executive will provide leadership across multiple projects and project teams, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, and company leadership to drive successful outcomes from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities
- Provideexecutive-leveloversightacrossmultiplecommercialandindustrialconstructionprojects
- LeadandmentorProjectManagersandprojectteamswhileensuringstrongperformance,accountability,andcommunication
- Monitorprojectfinancials,schedules,contracts,staffing,andrisktoensureprojectsmeetcompanyandclientexpectations
- Partnerwithpreconstruction,fieldleadership,subcontractors,andclientsthroughouttheprojectlifecycle
- Identifyandresolvehigh-levelprojectchallengeswhilemaintainingstrongclientrelationships
- Supportoperationalplanning,processimprovement,andthecontinuedgrowthoftheorganization
Requirements
- 10+yearsofprogressiveconstructionmanagementexperiencewithageneralcontractor
- PreviousleadershipexperienceoverseeingProjectManagersandmultipleconcurrentprojects
- Strongground-upcommercialand/orindustrialconstructionexperience
- Proventrackrecordmanagingprojectfinancialperformance,schedules,contracts,andclientrelationships
- Excellentleadership,communication,andproblem-solvingskills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
