As a Line and Prep Cook at Guerrilla Grill, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional meals to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients and ensuring the kitchen is set up for success.
• Cooking menu items with precision and consistency.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

We’re searching for someone who brings skill, passion, and teamwork to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of kitchen experience (required).
• A solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
