Mitchell Stores is a family-owned luxury retailer known for top class customer service. Become an integral part of the Mitchells Stores business as a full time Shipping & Receiving associate at our Westport Location.
Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with alternating Saturdays required.
In this position, you will be responsible for the following:
- Must be able to Lift 30+ lbs daily
- Prepares/completes orders & shipments, packing boxes, tagging & preparing new merchandise.
- Facilitates deliveries from the loading dock.
- Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping work stations, shelving, and loading/unloading areas organized and tidy.
- Keeps calm and organized in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with buyers, vendors and sales associates.
- Must be able to quickly pivot with changing deadlines.
- Makes occasional deliveries

Experience and qualifications
- 2 years Shipping and Receiving experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid CT Drivers License
