Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler/Welder to join the Enclosure Department. In this role, you will perform both assembly and light welding tasks on large enclosures, ensuring components are accurately installed and securely fastened according to drawings and work instructions.

Work Environment
This role is based in a hands-on manufacturing and assembly environment on 1st and 2nd shift, working within a 3–4-person team. You will regularly use MIG welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools such as clamps, impact drivers, drills, and measuring devices while assembling large enclosures. The work involves physical activity, including stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, walking, and standing for extended periods. The area is organized to support safe and efficient production, with an emphasis on maintaining cleanliness and following safety practices appropriate for a fabrication and welding shop
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Manitowoc, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
