TRC Talent is looking for a Machine Operator on 3rd shift(weekends) for our client in Kennesaw, GA!
Job Details:
Friday-Sunday, 7AM-7:30PM
$20/hr + $2.60(shift differential)

Job Responsibilities:
Performs precision tool machining operations through monitoring feed rates, speed, and special instruments.
Conducts inspections through the utilization of measuring instruments that provide for accuracy.
Uses calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators, and scales.
Troubleshoots malfunctions by editing specifications and ensuring maintenance of machines.
Continuously performs preventative maintenance, which includes cleaning and maintaining safe workspaces.
Meets the organizational production goals including cycle time, quantity, and quality to enhance machining excellence.
Utilizes blueprints and dimensions, machine instructions, and special project guidelines.
May have working knowledge of programming CNC machines to ensure proper calculations, parameters, and other conditional requirements are met.
Performs work under general supervision.
Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group
This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor on or around heavy machinery.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role or related work environment
Strong ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations accurately
Capable of safely lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
Demonstrates a strong commitment to workplace safety and following established safety procedures
Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred, with additional consideration given to candidates from the metals industry
Previous experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment preferred
Experience using handheld measuring devices and tools to ensure accuracy and quality standards
Comfortable using computers and familiar with basic computer programs and systems for daily tasks and inventory management
