Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up brake press machinery to bend and form metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and work orders.
- Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Safely lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of brake press or metal fabrication experience required.
- Must have hands-on experience bending and forming metal.
- Brake press experience outside of the RV industry is required.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
