Zax Creamery & Coffee is looking for energetic, dependable, and friendly team members to help bring our products and service to special events, parties, festivals, community gatherings, and other off-site events.
Event Staff are responsible for representing Zax with a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service and creating a fun, welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down Zax event stations and equipment
- Prepare and serve ice cream, coffee, drinks, and other menu items
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service
- Keep the event area clean, organized, and presentable
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation procedures
- Handle products, equipment, and supplies responsibly
- Work efficiently during busy events and long lines
- Communicate and work effectively with other team members
- Help load, transport, organize, and restock event supplies as needed
- Represent Zax in a professional and positive manner
- Help create an exciting experience that makes guests want to come back

- Previous food-service experience is helpful but not required
