What You'll Do

As the leader on your shift, you'll help make every day a success by:

• Leading and motivating your team with a positive attitude
• Creating an exceptional guest experience every visit
• Coaching and developing team members
• Ensuring food is prepared safely, accurately, and quickly
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant
• Managing cash handling and following company procedures
• Monitoring food quality and restaurant standards
• Solving problems with confidence and professionalism
• Celebrating wins while helping your team improve every day

You'll set the tone for the shift and help create an atmosphere where both employees and guests feel welcome.
