What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first and last impression our guests have of the resort.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests with exceptional hospitality
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations
• Answer phones and assist with reservation inquiries
• Recommend local attractions, restaurants, and activities
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to resolve guest issues
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Keep the Front Desk and lobby welcoming and organized
• Help create memorable vacations that keep guests coming back

• Guest review scores of 4.5+ for Check-In/Check-Out
• Guest review scores of 4.5+ for Friendliness and Helpfulness
• Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70 or higher
