Personal Care Aide

We’re looking for a caring and dependable Personal Care Aide to join our team and help create a warm, supportive environment for those who need it most.

As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll play an essential role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Providing compassionate care and companionship, especially for seniors with dementia.
• Helping maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
• Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting any changes in their condition to the appropriate team members.
• Following a consistent work schedule to ensure reliable and dependable care.

We’re seeking individuals who are not only skilled but also bring a positive attitude and a mature approach to their work. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• No prior experience requiredwe welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this role.
• A genuine ability to provide care to seniors, including those with dementia.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Reliability and the ability to maintain a consistent work schedule.
