Working alongside climbers and aerial lift truck operators, you will assist in tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, and wood chipper operations. This hands-on, entry-to-early-career role is ideal for someone who wants to work hard, learn the trade, and grow within a professional team. We look forward to meeting you!Key ResponsibilitiesSafety & Traffic Control: Set up safety and traffic control measures on job sites; maintain drop zones to keep coworkers and the public safe; follow all safety procedures and maintain a strong safety culture.On-Site Operations: Assist with pruning and reducing; perform daily equipment and vehicle preparation; load and unload trucks and chippers with logs, brush, and debris.Equipment Use & Maintenance: Safely operate tools including gas-powered saws, pole saws/clips, and chippers; service and maintain equipment as needed.Communication & Professionalism: Report to work on time every day; follow directions from crew leaders and climbers; handle all communication with team members and the public while climbers are aloft; maintain a professional image and deliver friendly, excellent customer service.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in tree care operationsValid driver's licenseAt least 21 years of ageAbility to work 40+ hours per weekAbility to lift at least 25 lbsWillingness to work in adverse weather conditionsExcellent communication skillsFirst Aid and CPR Certification (preferred / plus)What We OfferYear-round, full-time employmentComprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, and Vision)Paid time off (Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Days)Clear opportunities for career advancementA company culture focused on safety and work/life balance
