Key Responsibilities
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with shippers and receivers across all customer segments
Develop and strengthen customer relationships through regular, proactive communication
Provide spot quotes andload management
Collaborate with internal teams to support assigned accounts and drive growth
Respond quickly to challenges and make effective,timelydecisions
Delivera high levelof customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Perform other related duties as assigned
Work Experience and Background Requirements
Logisticsexperienced required (1year at least)
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but notrequired
Sales and negotiation skills
Strong decision-making ability and judgment
Positive and energetic team player
Flexible thinker, solutions-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
