Float Pool RN:
- Active RN license in the State of Arkansas or a Compact State RN License is REQUIRED
- Graduate of an accreditednursingprogram (ASN or BSN) is REQUIRED
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are REQUIRED
- At least 1 year of acutecarehospitalnursing experience is STRONGLYPREFERRED
- Experience in multipleinpatient settings such as ICU, PCU, Med-Surg, and/or Telemetry is HIGHLYDESIRABLE
- Ability to adapt quickly acrossunits and provide safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment is PREFERRED
ICU RN:
- Active RN license in the State of Arkansas or Compact State RN License is REQUIRED
- Graduate of an accreditednursingprogram (ASN or BSN) with current BLS and ACLS certifications are REQUIRED
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU or acutecarehospital experience is STRONGLYPREFERRED
- Experience caring for criticallyillpatients requiring continuousmonitoring and advancedinterventions is PREFERRED
- Strong clinicaljudgment, rapidassessmentskills, and ability to respond effectively in high-acuitysituations is PREFERRED
PCU RN:
- Active RN license in the State of Arkansas or Compact State RN License is REQUIRED
- Graduate of an accreditednursingprogram (ASN or BSN) with current BLS and ACLScertifications are REQUIRED
- Minimum of 1 year of PCU, step-down, telemetry, or acutecarehospital experience is STRONGLYPREFERRED
- Experience providing care for patients requiring continuousmonitoring and intermediate-levelacuitymanagement is PREFERRED
- Strong clinicalassessment skills, critical thinking ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced hospital environment is PREFERRED
