Full-Stack Software Engineer

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, as well as experience in working with modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop software applications and systems using modern programming languages and frameworks

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in software development

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

- Continuously improve and optimize existing software applications and systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience as a 50:50 full-stack engineer at multiple start-ups or tenured in big tech

- Strong proficiency in front-end development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React

- Experience with back-end development languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, or Node.js

- Familiarity with database management and SQL

- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure

-1.5+ years of VC backed startup experience

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies and industry trends
