About the Role: Christopher's Pizza in Carolina Shores, NC is looking for passionate and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our team! Responsibilities:- Prepare and assemble pizzas and other menu items according to recipe standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, prep stations, and slicers safely
- Monitor food quality and freshness to ensure consistency in every order
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food inventory
- Support team members during high-volume rushes to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Follow all food safety and health code regulations
Requirements:- Previous kitchen, food prep, or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
