What does a Guest Service Coordinator do?

A Guest Service Coordinator runs our front desk - assisting guests, managing reservations and supporting our team of talented Session Stylists, as well as supporting the Guest experience by maintaining our sanitation standards and the cleanliness of our Studios.As a member of our Guest Service Team you can cultivate your talents in the fast-paced, high-energy beauty biz in a team setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• An enthusiastic attitude and a strong worth ethic
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to perform administrative tasks on web-based software, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for sustained periods of time and frequently lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Continuous grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level, repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists and arms
• Ability to communicate with guest regarding services offered and requested and the guest’s needs and wants
