We’re searching for an experienced and well-connected Senior Business Development Manager to help us expand our reach and build strategic partnerships within the electronics recycling, IT asset recovery, and data center sustainability industries. What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and positioning Green Electronic Solutions as a leader in the circular economy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.
• Leveraging your professional network to identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Developing strategic partnerships with organizations such as data centers, hospitals, schools, IT equipment manufacturers, and technology companies.
• Identifying opportunities in electronics recycling, IT asset disposition (ITAD), equipment reuse, remarketing, and sustainable material recovery.
• Managing a pipeline of qualified business opportunities, from initial contact to contract development and customer onboarding.
• Representing GES at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Collaborating with the operations and leadership teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Tracking business development activities and identifying ways to expand existing customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For: Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking a seasoned business development professional who can open doors and create opportunities through an established network of industry relationships. The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong existing professional network within industries such as data centers, healthcare, education, technology, or sustainability.
• A proven track record in senior-level business development, sales, strategic partnerships, or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to generate business through relationships and networking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with electronics recycling, IT asset disposition, data centers, sustainability, or technology infrastructure (highly preferred).
• Strong business judgment and the ability to work directly with senior leadership and executive-level contacts.
