The Process Engineer will analyze, improve, and adjust plastic injection molding processes to maximize cost efficiency, product quality, and throughput. This role focuses on developing and validating processes using Scientific Injection Molding techniques, establishing robust process controls, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesThis role is based in a manufacturing facility that operates across four shifts, with core hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The site includes 12 injection molding machines and works closely with another process engineer and an assembly engineer on-site. The environment focuses on world-class engineering solutions for advanced composites and engineered resins across multiple industries, including programs for major automotive and heavy truck OEMs. The work setting emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement, with access to modern injection molding equipment, auxiliary machinery, and standard office software tools.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
