Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
- Inspect products andverify conformanceto quality specifications
- Perform machine adjustmentsto maintain production standards
- Use precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and production requirements
- Move and stage materials as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery
- Ability to readmicrometers to .001" (thousandths)and usecalipers
- Strong mechanical aptitudeand troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with precision measurements and quality standards
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
- Ability tolift upto50 pounds
- High school diploma or GED preferred

This isnot an entry-level Machine Operator position. Qualified candidates must have solid machine operating experience and be comfortable working with precision measuring tools in a manufacturing environment.
