Distribution Associate
Pay: $15.50-$17.50 hourly
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30PM
Overtime: Optional Saturdays (first come, first serve)

We're hiring Distribution Associates to join our growing team!

We currently have openings in Production for roles in kit assembly, Distribution for roles in order picking and packing, and Receiving for forklift operation.

These are great opportunities for dependable, team-oriented individuals looking to start immediatelyno experience required, we'll train!

What You'll Do:

• Perform light assembly, stacking, and labeling (Kitting)
• Operate or work alongside bagging machines to count and package components (Bagging)
• Select product for customer orders using RF scanners
• Packaging product for outbound delivery
• Utilize material handling equipment to load/unload trucks
• Work in small teams to meet daily goals
• Ensure accuracy and quality of finished products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learnno prior experience needed
