Automation & Technology Coordinator

Touchstone Group Construction is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Automation & Technology Coordinator to support our growing AI and operational automation initiatives.

This role will work alongside leadership and our software development team to help maintain workflows, manage automations, update websites, support internal systems, and assist with technology-related operational improvements.

$55,000 - $85,000 yearly

• Maintain and monitor automated workflows and integrations
• Assist with website updates and content management
• Support CRM, operational software, and internal systems
• Help manage AI-driven workflows and automation tools
• Perform quality assurance testing for automations and software updates
• Troubleshoot day-to-day technology and systems issues
• Assist with operational reporting and dashboards
• Support process improvement initiatives across the company
• Coordinate with external software engineers and vendors as needed

• Strong technical aptitude and organizational skills
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with websites and content management systems
• Comfortable learning new software and technology tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Bonus if you have experience in construction operations, project management software, or CRM systems
