RN Respiratory
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients with a variety of diagnoses, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumonia, and cystic fibrosis
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory status, including lung function tests and arterial blood gas analysis
Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans, taking into account patients' medical histories and treatment goals
Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and other respiratory interventions as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patients' responses to therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment outcomes
