Salary:$16.88/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)

Responsible To:Building Manager

Summary:Works cooperatively with operations, engineering, and other DPW departments to ensure all Maintenance needs of Oneida Nation are being provided. Perform preventive maintenance on all Facilities for the non-gaming Facilities of the Oneida Nation as needed. Ensure high standards of safety are developed, met, and maintained for the Oneida Nation Facilities. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

Minimum Qualifications:Applicants please clearly state how you meet these qualifications on the application/resume.

  • High School Diploma, HSED Diploma or GED Certification; applicants age fifty (50) and older are exempt from this requirement; two (2) years of work experience with carpentry, electricity, plumbing and HVAC systems.
