Equipment Operator

Pay:$20.00 per hour
Schedule:7:00 am -3:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Location:Onsite in Columbus, OH

Job Description

We are hiring a reliable and mechanically inclinedEquipment Operatorto operate production machinery and heavy equipment, assist with equipment maintenance, and perform general production duties.

The ideal candidate has experience operating forklifts, Bobcats, balers, skid steers, or similar equipment and can follow detailed instructions while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Responsibilities
  • Operate various machines and production equipment.
  • Operate grapple buckets, skid steers, mini excavators, and related equipment.
  • Operate baling equipment.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues.
  • Perform various production duties as assigned.
  • Follow specific directions, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Rotate shifts as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Forklift and Bobcat operating experience required.
  • Baler operation experience required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work assigned or rotating shifts.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience operating heavy equipment or production machinery preferred.
