As aProject Manager,you'llbe the driving force behindTIMEPROOFUSA and each roofing project's success, ensuring a seamless experience for our homeowners from contract to completion. You'll take up after every project post point of sale by coordinating schedules, managing crews, communicating with clients, and upholding TIMERPOOF's standard of quality and excellence every step of the way!

WhatYou'llDo

• Oversee roofingprojects from start to finish including timelines, crews, quality control, materials, and client communication.
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring they stay informed throughout their project.
• Conduct site visitsbefore, during, and after installation to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
• Manageproject budgets, track job progress, and handle change orders as needed.
• Collaboratewith the sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful handoffs and flawless project delivery.
• Maintainaccuratedocumentationand update project information in CRM (i.eSalesforce) and internal systems.

• Proficient computer literacy comfortable navigating CRMs (i.e.Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications
