Job Description:
As aProduction Setup Associate, you’ll support the press operators and learn the ins and outs of the printing industry! This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking togrownew skills in a clean, air-conditioned production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Printing andorganizing setupmaterials for assigned presses.
- Gathering inks (including mixing), dies, and other supplies.
- Assisting operators with basic setup operations on flexographic presses.
- Cleaning and maintaining press equipment for optimal performance.
- Collecting trash, building gaylords, and stocking press supplies.
- Mounting printing plates and performing quality checks on materials.
- Reading and interpreting customer press specifications.
- Following all safety and quality standards and completing required documentation.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma / GED
- Must have6+ monthsof experienceworking in awarehouse/productionenvironment
- Great communication with your team
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge preferred).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability tolift upto 45lbsand perform general warehouse tasks.
- Willingnessto learn and take initiative in a production setting.
