Compensation:

$16.50 DOE


Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in the proper storage and rotation of food supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, ensuring the kitchen is always well-stocked.
  • Support chefs by preparing ingredients and setting up workstations as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to create a safe working environment for all staff members.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a culinary team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proven track record of operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with food storage and rotation practices to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
  • Skill in monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen.
