Position Overview
The Warehouse Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling air compressor packages by bolting components to the package’s framework/tanks, preparing materials, and supporting general warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handson work in a relaxed warehouse environment, can reliably show up, and is eager to learn. All tools and training are provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Use of hand tools safely operate wrenches, ratchets, drills, and other basic tools.
- Material handling move, stage, and organize components for assembly.
- Quality checks ensure all bolts, fittings, and components are secure and properly aligned.
- Warehouse upkeep maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Team collaboration work with supervisors and teammates to meet daily production goals.
Work Schedule
- Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Four 10hour shifts
- Threeday weekend every week
Requirements
- Ability to use basic hand tools (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
