United Construction & Forestry is looking for an Inventory Facility Coordinator team member. The candidate will be responsible for whole goods inventory tracking and maintaining the image of store facilities, lot and grounds through routine maintenance. Support fellow employees and customers with loading and unloading equipment while maintaining organization and safety.
What You’ll Do
- Manage whole goods inventory: Track, receive, move, and maintain accurate records for new and used machines, attachments, kits, and related equipment.
- Maintain Dealer Inventory Tracking accuracy: Receipt equipment within 24 hours, apply required stickers, upload photos and documentation, and maintain 100% compliance.
- Document equipment movement: Complete in/out checks, photos, and updated hour readings whenever equipment arrives, leaves, or changes location.
- Resolve inventory issues: Monitor reports, research discrepancies, and complete required inventory verifications and audits on time.
- Keep the lot organized: Maintain organized storage and staging areas and ensure equipment and attachments are properly staged and accounted for.
- Prepare deliveries: Make sure equipment and all related components are ready for customer pickup or delivery.
- Coordinate service staging: Stage equipment needing service, track components, and return completed equipment to the appropriate staging area.
- Report damage: Communicate rental, loaner, and demo damage or repair needs to the General Manager and Service Manager.
- Load and unload equipment: Safely load and unload whole goods using packing lists to verify inventory serial numbers.
- Maintain equipment appearance: Keep machines clean, presentable, and ready for customers; pressure wash equipment as needed.
- Maintain the facility: Lawn care and parking lot maintenance, snow removal, and general store appearance.
- Maintain equipment readiness: Start yard equipment every 30–45 days and follow proper operating and battery procedures
- Provide backup support at the parts counter as needed: Assist parts personnel during busy periods, staff absences, or other operational needs to help maintain efficient counter operations
- Pick up/deliver parts to other United store locations: Verify parts and delivery documentation for accuracy before departing and upon delivery

- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment.
- Understanding of rigging equipment for proper lifting.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Exceed customer’s expectations and possess a ‘Yes We Can’ attitude.
- Forklift certified
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Education
- High school diploma or GED
The posted pay range reflects the full compensation range for this position. Starting pay is determined based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, geographic market, and internal equity. Most new hires are placed within the lower to middle portion of the range, with opportunities for continued wage growth as they develop in the role.
