Portfolio Management for an FBI ProgramWork Description:
Contractor will provide technical expertise and project management support for a portfolio of emerging wireless technology projects and initiatives including supporting strategic goals planning for the FBI
Required Experience and Education:- Minimum a Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 15 years of demonstrated experience managing engineering projects and/or federal government programs of similar size, scope, and complexity as outlined in this statement of work is required.
- Developing and implementing program strategies, objectives, and priorities.
- Tracking and reporting on program performance metrics and outcomes, including experience in preparing and presenting project/program updates to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Project management, including oversight of the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure that project and program goals are on target, project spending remains within budget, and risk mitigation strategies are implemented.
- Investigative experience and how to use technology to assist investigations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in other organizations, especially government agencies.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Access
- Experience with federal acquisition and contracting.
- Active Top Secret Clearance, must be willing to undergo a CI scope polygraph
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:- Experience in NGW or equivalent programs preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM) certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of current and developing commercial wireless technology.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects/programs for the FBI is preferred.
