Through our Zillow Preferred Seller partnership and structured training program, we give buyer agents a clear, supported path to listings without starting from scratch.

Responsibilities
- Work Zillow Preferred Seller opportunities and team-generated leads
- Serve buyer clients while actively transitioning into seller conversations
- Run appointments with coaching and structured support
- Develop listing skills through real-world experience
- Collaborate with experienced agents and leadership
Requirements
- Active Connecticut real estate license (required)
- Current experience working with buyer clients
- Coachable, self-motivated, and open to accountability
- Eager to grow into a listings-based business with team support
Compensation Benefits
- $48,000 – $196,000+ annually
