What You'll Do

  • Operate die press equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure exceptional quality.
  • Monitor production output and communicate progress with supervisors.
  • Access and track production information through our ERP system.
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counting and material verification.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
  • Contribute ideas that improve quality, productivity, and workflow.
  • Partner with teammates to achieve production goals and deliver outstanding results for our customers.

Preferred Experience

  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience.
  • Forklift operation experience.
  • Inventory control or cycle counting experience.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and6S principles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • 0-3 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience.
  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and digital production systems.
  • Ability to learn ERP, inventory, and production tracking software.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing technology.
  • Experience reading work orders, specifications, and production documentation.
  • Familiarity with quality inspections and measurement tools is a plus.
  • Forklift certification required
  • Lean Manufacturing, 6S or inventory control experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequentlylift upto 25 lbs.
  • Occasionally lift 25+ lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and work within a warehouse environment
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
