Now Hiring: Production Painter – Temp-to-Perm – $18-22/Hour
Location: Lexington, KY
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday 6 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday 6 AM – 10 AM (Overtime as needed)
Are you an experienced Production Painter with a background in painting automobiles or mobile equipment? We’re looking for skilled professionals to join a leading manufacturing team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare items for painting, including sanding, grinding, and applying body filler
Operate paint equipment such as air guns and airless sprayers
Mix and apply paint according to specifications
Inspect paint applications for quality and correct imperfections
Assemble parts and decals on products after painting
Maintain and clean painting equipment
Follow all safety protocols, including wearing a supplied air hood when required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience painting in a production/manufacturing environment (automobile or equipment painting preferred)
Ability to use basic hand tools
Comfortable working with paint equipment and wearing safety gear
Available for overtime when required
Authorized to work in the U.S.
