Our practice consists of knowledgeable, talented and high energy Physicians, APPs, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists and Mental Health Professionals who value patient collaboration to create effective and successful treatment plans. What You'll Do

• Schedule appointments across 10+ locations and 20+ providers
• Learn and apply each provider's specific scheduling rules
• Resolve patient needs on the first call whenever possible
• Transfer calls to the appropriate team or department as needed
• Meet the expectation of handling 100+ calls per day
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
