What You’ll Do:
- Scan and accurately list books into the inventory system
- Assess and sort books based on condition and category guidelines
- Walkthe warehouse floor to locate and retrieve books for customer orders
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare books for outgoing shipments
- Place incoming inventory in the correct shelf or bin locations
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient work area
- Work independently with speed and attention to detail while meeting daily productivity and quality goals
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or equipment issues to a supervisor.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse and complete additional tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required
- Comfortableusing handheld scanners and basic warehouse software
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different tasks and workstations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently meet daily productivity expectations
