Line Cook - Missouri Athletic Club - Downtown

We are seeking a part-time Line Cook for our Downtown Clubhouse.
Responsibilities:
Maintains the highest food quality and safety standards.
Prepares items according to cover sheet.
Utilizes daily prep lists to ensure all stations are properly set up and ready for each service.
Labels, dates, and rotates all products to minimize waste and maximize yields.
Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.
Assists with other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of kitchen preparation and cooking experience.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
