Compensation:$50,000 - $150,000 at plan commission
Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport with clients.
Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve personal and professional goals.
Willingness to learn and adapt, using company-provided training and mentorship to enhance your real estate knowledge.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared marketing strategies and client solutions.
Strong negotiation skills, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining positive relationships.
